Right. And while there were complaints posting on the other parts of the forum before this section, they were seldom and fell off the front page. With this dedicated section for it, they are all together in one place for people to see. There are 13 pages of posts in this section. There are 20 threads per page. There's actually only 248 threads here. Some of them are about the same instance (some people keep posting the same******over and over). Some of them are positive. Some are questions about service. But to be on here for a year and to average less than 1 thread per day and not all of it bad, that's pretty good considering the millions of customers they have, I would say.
Unfortunatley people don't post the good stuff that hapens or when the service works as it should as often. It happens every once in a while, but not too often.
