They all have their positives and negatives. I have found that none are perfect.
AAA - will tow you where you want to go; this means they will come out to you as soon as possible.
GS/CN - will tow you to the closest approved shop on their list that answers their phone and agrees to take your rig. This means the tow truck won't arrive until a shop has been found.
The difference with these is that if you break down after normal shop hours, holidays, etc, GS/CN can have you waiting for hours because they can't get a hold of a shop. If you break down out of your known area, AAA expects you to find the shop - they just take you to where you go.
Because of this, I have found that the extra cost of having AAA and GS/CN gives me better results - I pick the service that will best meet the circumstances.
