Roadside Service

We have had both and we prefer Coach Net. Quicker, better, faster nad friendlier. JMHO.

Had Coach for 15 plus years and have used them 3 times. Once for a tow, once to deliver and install a new tire, and once for a roadside repair. Each was about as good, fast, and satisfactory as one could ask. I'll keep em.

Used Coachnet once for lock out in tow vehicle. Very fast and efficient.

I've used Good Sam for two blowouts and both were handled very efficiently and professionally. I had a disagreement with a charge for one incident, but after a conversation with Good Sam personnel, we were able to come to an agreement. Unless we have a bad experience, I have no intention of changing in the future.

Good Sam for us. It's honestly probably comparing Chili's to TGI Fridays. Just about the same thing.

I prefer Coachnet since our Premium Plus Towing plan covers what ever we drive or tow. Which in our case is 2 toads, 2 Rvs, a 4x4 pickup at our place in Indiana, a 6x12 box trailer and when we had them a boat trailer and a PWC trailer. Just paid it today $127/year, great value. Two flats changed and tows on a toad and our Class A in the past 11 years

You said you're not interested in any other companies, so you probably should know then that Good Sam contracts with Allstate Motor Club for their roadside service. I don't know who FMCA is using now...

I vote for Good Sam road service. My Prevost requires special tow trucks as many RV's these days do. I have been towed twice and have never paid a dime. The service was arranged by phone and we were towed to an agreed location both times.
What more could you want?

Yes you asked for responses to only Good Sam and FMCA but by looking at the majority of responses I will add my 2cents. Having used Good Sam and Coach Net, hands down Coach Net provides much more professional and timely service in additional to reasonably priced.

Good Sam did a great job for us this year. Had to be towed into freightliner on a Sunday. They sent a 4 axle heavy wrecker.
