I have had Good Sam ERS for maybe 20 years. Had to use it twice with motorhomes and probably four times with cars. We would have some form of ERS even if we didn't RV as wife commutes 60 miles each way every day for work. They have performed flawlessly every time. Keep in mind in many situations all they do is put you in touch with the actual service provider. I wouldn't be surprised if GS, Coach Net, and others all work from the same data base of providers.
