I am glad to see that you were able to get your rate issue straightened out. We went with NG through Good Sam with our new (to us, 2006 really) motor home we just purchased. They offered a lower rate than our independent agent could find for us. But, should we experience "rate creep", as is normal when renewal comes around, we will have our agent shop our policy. We usually end up changing our auto insurance carrier about every three years due to rate creep at policy renewal time. Funny thing is, we have come full-circle to where we were about 8 years ago - back to SafeCo with (most of) our vehicles and stock trailer.
Always shop your policy if you have an issue with your current carrier. It helps to spread the "love" and keeps your agent busy.
