good sams insurance is crap

I got good Sams rv insurance for my rv 4 years ago little did i realize they gave me insurance thru lowest rated company in the USA  National General Insurance. I made a claim for lightning strike to a tree about 3 feet from my steps and this was Jun 19. the sent someone out that had to borrow my ladder to take pictures and denied my electrical issues because no visible damage. called a tech and was told by insurance to call them first for a list he came out took pictures checked 3 things in my rv and left control boxes and wire hanging out of AC units sent them more pictures and a note saying he would not continue with any more work. Called another tech  he found that it fried my surge protecter, gfci , microwave and power cord  the airforce base sent a letter saying i went about 150 feet into main distribution panel. claim denied and closed
