I can understand CW not changing the tire under the GS ERS...not saying I agree with it, just that I understand it. The 5 hour or more wait from ERS was no where near being acceptable.
For 81.00, if CW had your size tire in stock, could have added maybe 25.00 and gotten a new tire installed? Sounds like a 1/2 hour labor charge.
My experiences have been 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on location and holiday travel. All have been excellent service from GSERS.
