If those that have complaints expend their energy here it is much safer and better for GSE and Marcus.

No complaining will not send this forum away. It actually insures it's continued usefulness to GSE.

This Forum/Web site is a shrewd and very smart business decision that by the way WE the Customers actually pay for through our continued economic support via our purchases of any and all GSE products or services.

Like most companies the GSE conglomerate is neither all bad or all good. And Marcus, as I am sure he knows is an easy target given his celebrity. It comes with the territiory.

The statement in bolded letters above just doesn't hold up.
I just googled Camping World Complaints and Good Sam Complaints and got a huge number of hits on many websites, including this one. So someone doesn't have to know specifically about this site and the complaints are readily available on the "general www" (whatever that is) just by googling.

That said, many complaints on this website appear to be legitimate and others appear to just be downright snarky. I guess it is that way with everything, so I am sure that Good Sam takes it all into consideration. I just purchase small items from them, so I've never had a problem. Based on what I've read here, I doubt I would ever purchase a recreational vehicle from Camping World or have maintenance done there.
