I believe your gripe is with the RA mechanics, not ML. They found you a service which fulfilled their obligation. You now need to seek legal advise against the mechanic.

True, but if the OP was an accountant, what are the chances he would know that? But if he paid for a service whichhad claimed it would assist with problems like that , and was instead further harmed,,,,, should he voice his dissatisfaction?
And admittedly we are only seeing one side of this, but the legitamacy is within the realm of reason.

IT IS elementary hydraulics... then why didn't the tech know that !?!

And I did not go directly to the pres but worked through two levels of nope already :) it's been fun but not $2500 worth of fun that the tech they sent out caused :(

At first I thought the email address was tongue in cheek and not real, but it certainly is...

I sent a 'Nice email but with the tone of what would you do if it were YOUR coach' to him and got a call within 2 hours from an executive director? Very professional and seemed to want to help !

So, we'll see if I just happened to talk to the wrong people, and maybe their process WILL work.
