I believe your gripe is with the RA mechanics, not ML. They found you a service which fulfilled their obligation. You now need to seek legal advise against the mechanic.

Have all damages documented to fix the RV.
Next you need to take Mobile mechanic Services 504-346-1643 to a Civil court and try to get your money back for repairs.
