Being fairly close to home. I was very familiar with were she was . Thankfully on a rather well traveled road. She had stated that their was a utility crew working very near with a police officer as a traffic detail.It was my hope that all would be well. And it would have given here a chance to work out a problem on her own in a somewhat controled environment. We as parents need to allow kids to do for themselves. As a foot note let me be perfectly clear I had not abandoned my kid.That is just crazy. I will be PM Good Sam and it will be my hope to have this resolved. Take all the variable away and the bottom line is it was a 4 hr wait for a tow that never arrived.
The real issue here is that you have been disappointed with GS at least three times. What is really going on is the difference between what would be the ideal rescue and towing service, your expectations each time you needed it, and your real world experience. After disapppointment three times the statistics are not in your favor for the next time; I would cancel as well.
