The blame must come down squarely on Good Sam. Good Sam has taken my money, Good Sam has made promises, we have a contract.
Good Sam needs to vet its vendors, needs to put out more bids for services, needs to look at what they are getting for the money they are paying.
What business tolerates this level of complaints and doesn't takes steps towards correction?
Comcast, Direct TV, Sirrus XM, Walmart, for a few.
