So you are asserting that the road service membership fee is pure profit of $2.6+ million per year for the company? Why? They have to pay road service providers, phone operators, and all the other operating costs out of those $70 fees before they hopefully make a net profit.
It's a service at a fee - people are free to sign up and pay for it, sign up elsewhere. or decide to self-insure their own road service costs, right? If for some reason you think it's "Greed writ large," you happily don't have to purchase it.
