cancelled plan 4 months no refund

Bought a new REDWOOD 38GK 4 months ago sent the ESP to CW Robertsdale, Alabama. Have not received a refund nor any word after I was told to send it to the finance department there. Have tried to call ...

Sorry but also sent in notice to cancel the GAP insurance also on the 2012 Montana Big Sky 3625RE.
