It says it doesn't recognize email address. However, when I enter my Good Sam number and try to set up a new account it says I am already registered. Any ideas?

Hi Rolin & AllegroD,
I've PM'd you each your log in email address & password combination. You'll need to log in using that combination. If you've changed your email, you'll still need to log in using the email/password combination I sent, then you can go to the My Account section at top right to update your email.
