Card does not work

we paid the membership at Camping World months ago, at flying J pilot it is not recognized, at campgrounds our card is not in the system we have called and talked to numerous people at good sams corporate office and no one iOS able to fix the problem or able to help neither do they know how to fix the problem. money unwisely spent. It also took months to arrive, We do travel extensively and frequent pilot flying J and occasionally use commercial campgrounds. so far no help

    Didn't they update the Good Sam cards to "Swipe and Save" cards to be used at Flying J?

    There is a seperate Flying J RV Plus Charge card that gives you bigger savings (I think 6 or 7 cents a gallon), but the Swipe and save Card (Good Sam card) gives you 3 cents savings on a gallon of gas.

    It is a manual input by flyingJ where you give them the card number and they input the information. FlyingJ asked me the card number and input it. Expiration date and input it. My name and input it and other info and input it. 2 minutes later it worked. There is or was in March no automatic transfer of info from one system to the other.
    Good Sam jerked me around for three days before the manager told me the secret.
    SO give it a try and lose 5 minutes or maybe be done with it or wait for Good Sam.
    The card scans into FlyingJ database not GoodSam


    I would assume that Flying J would not just take your word for it. The swipe and save card is issued by Good Sam. If his card is not working and not in a database supplied by Good Sam, then I would think that Flying J would not have access to the information, nor why would they accept your word of what it is?

    And if that does or will work, then that only fixes a small part of his problem. He still can't use it elsewhere.

    They said that their card wasn't in the system according to a campground. So it's a bigger problem than Flying J. GS needs to fix on their end.
