Any park can offer any discount they want. No different than taking Home Depot's ad into Lowes and getting that sale price. As for the park displaying Good Sam logos and not being a Good Sam park, the Good Sam enforcement arm isn't exactly as strong as Tony Soprano's crew. I doubt they could even give them a noticeable slap on the wrist if they actually tried to punish a park for claiming to still be a Good Sam Park after they dropped the marketing affiliation.
