The law obligates corporations to maximize profits for shareholders. They do have to walk a tightrope between maximizing profits, being socially responsible, and serving customers.

I agree 100%. It appears that Mr. Lemonis tries to do what is best for all, but his legal obligation is to the ownership. He has been on a successful mission to turn the company around and has made it profitable again.
