Coast to Coast sold?

We received a letter about our Coast to Coast membership being sold. Was this just the resort (in Parrish, NY) or was all of Coast to Coast sold to Travel Resorts of America? We're still in the dark a...

Also, the letter we received said that East Coast Resorts was sold to Travel of America.
