You stated you would NOT be renewing the Travel Medical Insurance this Year so how would you delete it from the ALL-In-One Card?
Accounting nightmare to keep track of the current/expired options in all-in-one plus everytime you dropped (or added) a feature you would need a new all-in-one card.........then there would be the overall total cost of all the features/memberships coming due at the same time.
All-in-one...just won't work.
Besides you would still end up with as much junk mail
"Dear Member. Would you like to ADD XyZ to your membership?"
