First, I'd like to apologize for your inconvenience and frustration. The previous responses you received were correct in that the merchandise certificates are set up with expiration dates and are for use in a SuperCenter or through the call center. However, in your scenario, due to the SuperCenter being out of the part you're wanting to purchase using the certificate, the certificate should definitely have been reissued.
We will make this right. I will reach out to you 1st thing Wed. AM when I'm in the office to confirm your address offline before mailing you a new certificate.
