Why? What makes the OP so special that the coupon restrictions don't apply to them? They had plenty of time to use the coupon within the restrictions printed on the coupon.
Squeaky wheel gets the grease? That isn't fair to all the people that receive a coupon and abide by the written restrictions.
The first three responses by customer service were the correct responses.
