My second try:
OK I can understand they don’t allow you ( though they should empower customer support representatives that latitude) to do that. So I decided to go online to place an order and I found the same part at a similar price to the store. I added items to my cart and then looked for a place to enter my certificate. There was a place to put ‘gift card’ so I entered it there. It comes up zero balance. I can’t win and I only have two more days to use this certificate. I am having second thoughts about signing up for two more years.

This is not a coupon that is redeemable on our website. It was supposed to be sent in or used at one of the Camping World retail stores before it had expired, as it states at the bottom of the certificate. We apologizeyou’re your frustration and for any inconvenience that this has caused you.
My third try:
So I tried ordering online and that did not work so I tried calling and it was already closed and said call tomorrow. Well today it says closed for the holiday . I have tried my best but it is all but impossible to use my coupon. I have attached the coupon and the order I wanted to place. If you can process this with the coupon when you get back from holiday then great. I expect my coupon to be honored. Thanks and Merry Christmas

My ticked-off response:
All I know is that I was promised a coupon and there was no elaborate explanation as to when I could use it (should NEVER expire) or where (ludicrous that it cannot be used in any form of telephone or mail or website or store). I have been to the store 4 times to buy a product that was not in the store. They are the ones that told me to just get the certificate extended. I have no clue why an extremely simple request is like pulling teeth. I demand you live up to your end of the bargain. I renewed my membership for 2 years and I want a coupon I can use, plain and simple. If you do not have the authority to do so then please forward this to your supervisor or someone who can.

There are some states that dont allow coupons to expire. You should check yours.
In any case I would file a complaint with your states Attorney Generlas Office and Better Business Bureau.
And I would make it known here that you did so. I know it seems like a small thing but this is way too common and really is like a form of bait and switch. GSE needs to improve this system of coupons and Free Magazine subs.
I have had the same problem. At the very least the coupon should be usable online.
