A really nice phone call, or speaking with one of the store managers would have saved you a lot of aggravation. Why didn't you have the store Manager order the item for you in the first place? IME, CW has always been really good about honoring their coupons on an out of stock item. After your " demand ", I would have said " sorry " too.
Thats the problem today... No one wants to pick up the phone and talk to anybody. Apparently non personalized email and texting is SO much easier.
