Concern over customer service response

The original post was from yesterday. I had talked with the very helpful store employee about the issue. In fact, he is the one who pointed out the certificate expiring and told me to contact GS to get it extended. I figured no problem, seemed like a simple thing. It is not like I am asking for free stuff, just what I was promised. I had already spent tons in the store including a $400 cover and wanted the wheel covers to match. I was out of other things to buy at the time and did not want to just spend money to use up the coupon. The store did a search and could not find the part in any store. I drive by there often so I was checking in to see if they had it yet. My other experiences with the club has been good so far. Speaking of coupons, there are two types in the sales flyers that come out. Some last the entire sate range of the flyer and others expire a lot sooner. This was also pointed out to me by that same store employee who honored the 2nd type even though it technically expired.
