Wow, sounds like a real hassle! I have National General and made arrangements for my payments to come out of my bank account automatically. They always send an email and confirm that the payment was posted. When I put my rig "to-sleep" December - April. I call the toll free number and get a greatly reduced rate for the storage period, and the call is done in less than 5 minutes. If for some reason I want to take it out, another < 5 min. call and full insurance back on.
