Couldn't join

I tried to take advantage of the black friday sale on the road side membership( $69.96 + $25 store credit ) and it stated I already had a current roadside membership. I had a regular GS membership, maybe 4 or 5 years ago, but never renewed. Then I tried to login with my current email address and my last email address ( only 2 I have used in 15 years ), and neither of them were recognised.

Now what?

    I ran into that myself by somehow buying something from CW and thus become a member to get the discount...

    Then we purchased some other items and the membership card did not work so a second one was issued.

    Then some of their really nice folding patio chairs was being shown so I got two of those which was suppose to come with zip up travel bags. They was out of stock for the zip up bags so I got a voucher to pick two on our continued trip cross the south at another CW place. We finally found a CW place that had them in stock so was able to use our voucher to get them for free.... A couple of weeks later was in a different CW in VA and was shopping around and went to pay for a couple of things and they said they had the chair bags in stock if we wanted to get that from them... I said sure why not so they added two more for free to my purchase... Who am I to turn down something offered haha...

    About 6 months later we was shopping in and same thing came up. They wanted to know if we wanted to get the voucher filled as they also had the chair bags in stock. I told them we already got the voucher filled... They kept saying it was here if we wanted them... geesch... Seems like the account database doesn't get updated I guess... really haven't been in a CW store since then. I noticed my RV NET account still says I am a Good Sam member???? I have two membership cards with different acct numbers somewhere around here...

    Was never big enough on the road to check into any of their RV Insurance or Road service...

    Kinda a weird company to me hehe... They sure have some nice things in their stores and always neat to look for things all associated with RV camping etc... Kinda like going to the COLEMAN store in Pigeon Forge, TN...

    The last thing I got from them was one of those folding Heavy Duty grated folding steps. My OFF-ROAD POPUP camper is two high for the two steps installed so this really gets a work out being the first step on the ground. I can stomp the heck out of this step and not worry about damaging it...
