As previously stated each disablement is handled on a case by case basis. In some examples the provider may make an error and charge for an eligible portion of the service. In those cases the member would submit for consideration of reimbursement and the eligible amounts would be reimbursed.

Please keep in mind that these type of issues take place on less than 1% of our service requests.

Does that imply that the return to shop AFTER service is done is NOT billable to customer?

I believe Ellas answer may be in error.
Nowhere in the contract/brochure does it say that we must pay for the return trip. The contract states;
"RV ROADSIDE MECHANICAL REPAIRS
If necessary and whenever possible, depending on the RV disablement, there
may be a local mobile mechanic available that can perform minor repairs
or adjustments to your RV. In these situations, we’ll attempt to bring a mobile
mechanic to your location as an alternative to towing your vehicle. You are
responsible for the cost of parts and labor."

Where does it state return to shop time?
