Thank you for contacting Good Sam.In the examples provided a leveling jack in the down position or slide out in the out position will cause a disablement rendering your vehicle unable to proceed.
We’ll send a Mobile Mechanic in that type of situation. The member is responsible for parts/labor/return trip, we pay for the service call/mileage out to you.

Unless the jacks fell down and caused you to run off the road.

One would think that a slide stuck OUT or jacks stuck DOWN would make it unworthy for the road but they seem to say that it must be ON THE ROAD and not parked in a camp ground.

Call them and ask.

coach net changed a battery for my daughter .I,d ask the company, then ask where it says so in the flyer ,I do know they,ll call a mobil tech.

I would think 'not'.... But, it should be spelled out in your policy what they cover and don't cover..

That kind of thing sounds more like a "warranty" type of coverage?

Road Side Assistance sounds more like, I got a flat tire, ran out of gas, locked myself out of my rig type of thing??
