Did not get renewal for GS RSA?

Here we are less than a week before we head to Upstate NY for our yearly get-together with friends. Our RSA is usually due about this time also but haven't seen anything in the mail. My wife called Good Sam to see if we actually did a two year renewal last year, and they said we didn't. So they said they would forward this up to their manager for follow-up why we didn't get the renewal. That was last Thursday or Friday. So if it takes 2 weeks to get the renewal sent to us we will be back from our trip as we leave this Friday.

Just checked the cards, they expire 06/29/2013

  • Well, we did renew just before we left on our 8 day holiday that turned into 9 days. the starter went on our truck while at a campground yesterday and we had to call GS RSA. The flat bed tow truck was there quickly and had my Dodge Megacab off to the garage in Niagara Falls NY. Got the truck back today and we are now home.
    Thanks to a great towing company (Chris's Towing from Lewiston NY).

    I looked up your GS accounts. At some point during your membership tenure, your mail had been suppressed. For the moment, I am turning that back on, if do not wish to get renewal notices in the mail, please call member services to receive them via email. You are correct, your GSRA does expire 6/29/13. If you need, we can renew your membership over the phone. Just call 1-800-234-3450 available 24/7.

  • Yup and we are not set to renew for a long time and get something every 2 weeks from them. Either roadside assistance, ESP which we also have or even a package to join which we are a life member. They are getting ridiculous with their mailings and their constant calling 3 or 4 times a day. I had to actually put an app on my phone to block them and their marketing calls.
