Renewal for RSA

Question

It is just a month for my Good Sam RSA runs out. Haven't heard a word about renewing.Used to be I would get a renewal notice 2 or 3 times a couple of months before it was due.

You probably did not receive a renewal notice because when you renewed last time you agreed (although they did not tell you) to auto renewal, so they will just charge your credit card and renew without consulting you.

Thank you for your time and email. After researching your membership, I show your Roadside Assistance will not expire till 6/30/2016. You should receive a renewal notice in April and May. At this time you are not set up on the optional Auto-Renew setting. If you have any questions please call 800-601-2850.
