GS RSA

Well glad I stopped by this forum. Just getting ready to renew my roadside service. Does not seem like a lot of happy campers with gs rsa. Guess I better keep on searching.

  • Well, why not create a Forum Section for positive experiences with any aspect of Good Sam/Camping world. Folks with good experiences might be more likely to post good experiences if there was a specific place for that.
  • I had GSRA for three years and thankfully never used it. I recently switched to Coach net because of a better price and coverage for me personally. Haven't used it either in 4 months. No issue with either at this point.
  • I have used Coach Net before and was well pleased with it. I don't see many complaints about it.

Keep in mind that it's very rare for someone who has had a positive experience to come on here and offer praise. Unfortunately, it has become commonplace for people to only post the negatives. This is true not only here, but in nearly every facet of everyday life. When was the last time most people went to a manager of a business and complimented the excellent service they received from an employee? Having been in the service industry for over 40 years, I always make an effort to do so. Sadly, this happens all too infrequently. I have personally used GSRSA on several occasions, and have always received excellent service.

Agree, I have always had good service from them. I have never had to wait very long for service. JMO

    Here's a positive outlook:

Since this IS the Good Sam RA forum, of course people are going to complain to them here. You won't see complaints about the other roadside assistance companies on this forum, even though they may exist elsewhere. I too believe people with negative experiences heavily tip the scale with the number of posts. Positive experiences are less likely to be posted than complaints.
