We received a sheet of various coupons when we upgraded to a Deluxe membership at a Camping World Store, submitted the coupons with receipts from the Good Sam campgrounds where we stayed and received a check, no problem.
If I recall, it was up to $25 per night. Hope you get your free night coupon soon. Worked fine for me.
