These are very good questions. To answer your first and third question, we are partnered with Camping World and whenever you purchase an RV through Camping World, they provide the roadside assistance. The Dealership provided accounts are a seperate type from the accounts purchased directly through Good Sam so therefore they are entered into our system seperately. This essentially means that when the accounts are entered, the dealerships don't have the ability to extend an existing account. However, we do. This leads to the answer for your second question, which is that we can certainly add that additional year onto your existing membership if you like. All you have to do is make a call into 888-707-7911 and we can take care of that for you quickly. That number leads you directly to the Elite team and they are specially trained to handle situations exactly like this. They are there to help you with anything you may need assistance with. After we add the additional year, then you keep your existing membership information and you have access to the online resources which the dealership accounts do not currently provide.
