The response was so wordy and generic that it had to be re-read several times and made it appear that something was going to be done about the excessively long(IMHO) lead time. If I have interpreted their response right they were going to do nothing but I could call in to pay my bill early and then they would quit bothering me. That doesn't sound like a win/win situation to me!!!
Not the way I read it. Frank from GS said that those set with auto renewal will only receive an email that their credit card has been charged. Or you can contact customer service and select which mailings you would like to receive. Hence be taken off some of the mailings.
