ESP refund procedure

Sold our 5th wheel that had an ESP. I was told to contact finance manager at dealer where purchase was made to receive refund.
We have called and left messages with the finance manager at the Charleston, SC Camping World and 72 hours later have yet to hear from him. Any suggestions to resolve this.

  • Within hours of my original post, we were contacted by the dealer. The dealer emailed the necessary paperwork to sign and return.

    We sold our TT and applied for the refund through our CW dealer in North Little Rock. The check arrived in 10 days. So maybe all is not lost.
    Hopefully you can get better support from this time forward with Stacy going to bat for you.
