ESP Refund?
I originally sent a letter to Good Sam March, 2018 cancelling my ESP. When I didn't hear back, I sent a certified letter to the dealership where I purchased my trailer in August 2018. I've left messages for the financial manager and still have yet to hear about my refund. I no longer own this trailer and would really like to have that refund. Does this process really take this long?
