Not surprised as that is the tactic many extended warranty companies utilize making most ESP contracts virtually worthless. You would think that CW wouldn't pull such shenanigans but unfortunately we have heard this before. Here's hoping you get a resolution that restores your faith (although they left you hanging at their service department all day) in CW, at least where they can save face here on the forum.
