We also had generator issues with our Thor unit purchased at CW along with the Exteded Warrentee. Took it in for repairs and long story short after them having it for over a month the repairs were finally done. Problem was they should not have even done anything it should have immediately been taken to an Onan repair location. Found this out when we picked it up. Thank goodness it is fixed and working fine. Check for repair location that is authorized by your generator manufacturer.
