GS is far from perfect. if you have suspension problems with your 5th wheel or triler they might not be able to respond to you....always carry extra parts.
we had issues with them in Alaska, they could not find where we were and if they did they were going to send a tow truck, that was fine but we could not move since I had broken a spring.
mexico would be worse i'm sure.
but it is always good to have a service.
