First time calling GS roadside
The wife and I went out of town in her Jeep this past weekend. When we were ready to leave and head home, the Jeep wouldn't start (dead battery). I called GS, got right through, and even got a text message with the information for the local service provider that would be coming to assist. The text had the estimated time (which was 35 minutes). I was pretty impressed as this was the first time I had called roadside. I was able to get a jump start a few minutes later so I called back to cancel the service (they were on the way, I called the local service provider and GS to cancel). I was really impressed with the text message and the communication.
