First time calling GS roadside

The wife and I went out of town in her Jeep this past weekend. When we were ready to leave and head home, the Jeep wouldn't start (dead battery). I called GS, got right through, and even got a text message with the information for the local service provider that would be coming to assist. The text had the estimated time (which was 35 minutes). I was pretty impressed as this was the first time I had called roadside. I was able to get a jump start a few minutes later so I called back to cancel the service (they were on the way, I called the local service provider and GS to cancel). I was really impressed with the text message and the communication.

  • We had our tire changed on our MH by Good Sam Road Side Assistance....They were there within a hour after I called. Was well pleased all the way around. So We Cant Wait....Its plain to see you have NO clue what you are talking about. I appreciate the Good Sam Club for offering this awesome program for its members.

I respectfully disagree with your position, as Good Sam Roadside Assistance has been built on the premise of assisting RVers during their time of need - not just automobiles and trucks, but specifically those difficult, complicated disablements that happen to RVs that make our program unique. Our satisfaction ratings set the industry standard - Consumer Reports ranks as the #2 Roadside Assistance program in the country, and the highest RV specialized program, and our feedback surveys from members who used our services rate us in the high 90's across the board.

  • The EASY THINGS like jump starting a car or changing a car tire they do good on. But try something like towing a MH or getting a tire changed on a MH and then that's a totally different story.
