Five years of Good Sam Roadside, but trip planning?

Good Sam has rescued us before a couple of times. We tried the CAA thing, but then came back to Good Sam and signed on for five years.
There should be some bonus for being paid up for five years. We are Canadians and can't get to Camping World more than about once a year. It was a bit disappointing when I tried to do trip planning, and got told my membership was not worthy of this service.
I think when a customer pays up for five years in advance there should be all the benefits of the camping club too without having to pay an additional annual fee for something we rarely can use, but would like to try out.
