Roadside Assistance Plans

Anyone have any info on Roadside Assistance Plan provided by the
RV Advisor Motor Club.
The price quoted ($99) and list of services provided looks very favorable. Website is https://thervadvisor.com/
Never heard of them, but Dan Marino endorses (for what it's worth).

Am currently with Good Sam at $149/yr. I just put in a call yesterday for my car (yes, it's covered) and their response was terrible (first time for that). Ended up with no service at all.

Would appreciate input.
  • Good quarterback but what's his experience with RVs and roadside service?
  • its cheap for a reason, we have coach net used three times great service each time. to be fair there all about the same. its the service person you get on the phone who makes things happen, and some of them should go back to flipping burgers.

    Totally agree %100. Good Sam needs to seriously revise and improve their training programs for service persons taking our calls. Records of complaints should be used to evaluate the performance of each employee and retraining offered. Failure to improve their performance or continued complaints should result in termination.

    Call and ask to speak to a customer service supervisor. It worked for me and I was refunded $800.
