I am so sorry for the inconvenience you are having with your Pilot Flying J card, please call this number for pilot flying J customer services tomorrow daytime, Phone: 855-478-7587 they will be more than happy to update your status for you, just tell them you are a Good Sam elite member now, that it will fix all the issues.
