The charge card requires a separate application process, but does offer higher fuel savings. This is all well and good in theory, but I have trouble about 50% or more of the time when I do stop at a Flying J just to get the Discount on the Discount card.
If I am NOT getting a substantial discount at Fly J then it just isnt worth stopping there considering the long lines and wait times to pay.
Further depending on the credit cards interest rate it may be no bargain at all unless you pay it in full each month.
I might consider this if you can ever get Fly J to actually accept the discount card with NO issues across their network and the interest rate is competitive (and by competitive I don't mean 24.99%)
