Gas discount
Just joined Good Sam and received my card days before we left to travel to Colorado by car. It was great to get a 5 cent discount at Pilot and Flying J. Thanks for offering this, every little bit helps.

- I've never stopped at a Flying J or Pilot where the gas was priced higher than the other stations at the same location. They may be higher or lower than the station at the next intersection but they can't price higher than the guy next door or they won't sell any gas. I certainly wouldn't pay $0.10 per gallon to save $0.05 and I don't think anyone else would either. I only have experience with gasoline prices since I don't use diesel.
- I guess a $.05 discount on already overpriced gas could be a good thing. Where I live Pilot is $2.49 for regular while everybody else in the area is $2.39. I stay away from truck stops.
- I re-joined Good Sam for this reason too. I also applied for the Pilot Flying J RV Plus fuel credit card a couple of weeks ago. That too offers 5 cents off each gallon. I don't know if using both will give a 10 cent discount or if you can only use one or the other but I agree. Every little bit helps.
