Gift memberships for children

Marcus: why are you charging $99 for the first child to get a life membership and the additional children only cost $49. We have 4 children and would like to get this for all of them, but find the $99 for the first child high. Is there something else that you could do. By the way, we loved seeing you at the Phoenix rally in 2012 and really wish that you would do another rally somewhere in the Phoenix vicinity again. We LOVED the rally, but live in Alberta, Canada and can't make it to the rallies that you are having this year. Hope you can help us lifetime members (since 2001) and members for many years prior.
