Something broke and car went into shutdown default mode. Gave good Sam a call. Took about 20 min on phone waiting for customer service. Once they picked up took another 20 minutes to get truck dispatched. They did take my car to my house (5 mi away). Truck showed up in about 15 min after I was off the phone.
Car dealership picked up the car from my house this morning. All in all pretty painless experience except for time spent on phone waiting on hold.
