Good Sam $25 voucher

Question

I joined club with a 2 year membership in March and have not received my $25 voucher or membership packet in the mail. After numerous calls to reps I was told each time it was in the mail. I'ts now been 4 months and still no certificate. i did receive  6 memberships cards but nothing more. I have given up and hope this message gets read by admin and I will receive it in the mail. Has any one else experienced this problem?

Maybe we were lucky but we just renewed at the register a couple months back when we were at our area CW picking up some roof sealant and caulking, had new cards and $25 voucher in under a month which I found a bit surprising with all the bad press on here about Good Sam.  They should get you taken care of here soon as a rep from God Sam will no doubt respond any minute to your post.
