If you created an online account when you signed up with them (you should have), sign into it, go to My Account, then under Roadside Assistance, click View Roadside Assistance Card. You can cut and paste it (the image) into a note or take a screenshot and send it to your smartphone.
If you ever need help call their toll free service number, and give them your name, the phone number associated with your account, or your account number if you know it, then tell them where you are and explain the problem. That's all they've ever asked me for.
They haven't done physical plastic membership cards in a few years, if that's your issue.
